Students who wish to apply to any English speaking country for higher education require IELTS. Rosemounts has been at the forefront of IELTS training and testing in Dehradun for more than 15 years. Not only do we have the experience, insight and expertise to help you get the right band score but we have also placed more than 5000 students at foreign universities.
What makes Rosemounts so good at it?
The answer is simple. We understand what it takes to pass the exam, we design our courses specifically for IELTS and we have a formula that works.
It all starts with our screener, which is given to you before you actually decide to become a part of our classes. The screener is a small reading test specific to IELTS, which helps us to understand your current English level. Based on this we design a personalised progression plan and advise you on how long you need to study before booking your test.
The classes are very focused. From day one you are taught how to excel in the IELTS exam. Highly evolved tips and tricks, resource material and teaching methodology make sure that nothing is left to the imagination. Reading, writing, listening and speaking skills are covered on a daily basis. Regular problem-solving sessions and feedback from teachers help you progress towards your target.
Every Saturday, an IELTS mock test is conducted in a real test environment. It covers all the four section papers; reading, writing, listening and speaking. This not only helps boost your confidence but also charts your progress. Whatever knowledge you have gained through the week is put to test. You and your teacher can then identify the weak areas and plan accordingly.
At the end of the course a complete mock test series is given. This allows you to hone your skills and practice good time management, ensuring there are no ugly surprises on the test day. During this period if you think that you need extra classes or problem-solving sessions, you can always refer back to your teacher.
Our teachers keep the IETLS resource material current and all our students have access to a well-stocked library. We keep an eye on the latest IELTS trends and gather feedback from past test takers, which helps us to fine tune our material and approach on a regular basis. Rosemounts has been consistently awarded the best business partner from IDP: IELTS. We are also the official British Council registration centre. It says a lot about how committed we are to quality at every level. So if you decide to become a part of our family expect only the best.
I am a professor of anthropology in Brazil. I did a 2 month Hindi Course at Rose Mount. Initially, it was a bit difficult but after the first week I settled in the class and made good progress. I believe that 2 month was a short time, I should have opted for a longer course.
