The 21st Century is a century of disruptions. Our students, their view of the world and the way they learn, create and share has changed. Added to which, the skills they require to thrive in tomorrow’s world have also changed.

Our goal is simple - to give students the right tools to thrive in tomorrow’s world and help schools, teachers, and parents nurture lifelong learners and independent thinkers.

We do this by working with all stakeholders: the senior team (management and principals), teachers, parents, and of course students through a carefully crafted annual programme tailored to the specific requirements of each school.

The Future You Programme is designed around the BIG3s of the 21 st Century, with student workshops falling into the BIG3 categories; Learning and Innovation, Digital Literacy and Career and Life skills.

Students are divided into age relevant zones mapped to a student’s journey in school.

  1. Goldilocks Zone (Grade 4 to 8)
  2. Cornerstone Zone (Grade 9 and 10)
  3. Takeoff Zone (Grade 11 and 12)

Each mapped to a student’s journey in school.

1The Goldilocks Zone (Grade 4-8)
Children at this age are most susceptible to the school’s ecosystem and are still developing inquisitive thought, engaging in the “what if” reasoning. Our workshops in the Goldilocks Zone enable these impressionable minds to develop the traits of an independent learner, understand effective and apt usage of technology and digital platforms and develop empathy and a positive sense of self-using age-appropriate aids and methodologies.
2The Cornerstone Zone (Grade 9-10)
Students in grades 9-10 are in the most crucial stage of their student life- the stage on which their future hinges on. These students aged 14 to 16 undergo tremendous intellectual, physical, social and emotional transition. Understanding the importance of these stages and providing them pertinent support to build perseverance, grit and self - esteem is quintessential. This forms the bedrock of the workshops conducted in the Cornerstone Zone
3The Takeoff Zone (Grade 11-12)
This stage is the first time where a student makes an important choice for his/ her career. They select a subject stream that has direct implications on their future. These students aged 16 to 18 are often unsure about their current subject stream and the different kinds of jobs it might lead to. We help them cut the clutter by making informed choices and enable them a smoother transition from school to University/ college and some even on their entrepreneurial dreams.

Besides the workshops the program includes the following;

  • Parent seminars and workshops
  • Personalized career counselling and personality mapping
  • Invitation to the prestigious Rosemounts Annual Future-ED conference
  • Bespoke and customized teacher and administration training workshops

  • I am a professor of anthropology in Brazil. I did a 2 month Hindi Course at Rose Mount. Initially, it was a bit difficult but after the first week I settled in the class and made good progress. I believe that 2 month was a short time, I should have opted for a longer course.
