The 21st Century is a century of disruptions. Our students, their view of the world, and the way they learn create and share has changed. Added to this, the skills they require to thrive in tomorrow’s world have also changed.
Our goal is simple – to give students the right tools to thrive in tomorrow’s world and help schools, teachers, and parents nurture lifelong learners and independent thinkers.
We do this by working with all stakeholders: the senior team (management and principals), teachers, parents, and of course students through a carefully crafted annual program tailored to the specific requirements of each school.
We understand that each school is unique so we do not believe in a one-size-fits-all model. Therefore, whilst we advocate a core program, the way we deliver that, the frequency and its content is shaped to your specific needs and requirements.
We would be happy to help you with any further queries and information you may need. You can call us on +91 7302222330.
The Goldilocks Zone refers to the habitable zone around a star where the temperature is just right – not too hot and not too cold.
Students of Class 6 to 8 are the stars of our Goldilocks zone. Kids in this zone are receptive and impressionable. The ecosystem they thrive in constantly influences their minds. Between the ages of 11 and 13, children develop the ability to think abstractly and engage in “what if?” reasoning. They start grappling with moral and ethical questions. Hence, giving them the right skill set, at the right time, in the right manner is crucial to their development.
The Cornerstone zone refers to the most imperative and crucial phase in a student’s journey, on which their future academic quest hinges upon.
Class 9 &10 form the cornerstone in a child’s academic pathway. This stage is an inflexion point wherein they are critically assessed for the first time through the board examinations. These students aged 14 to 16 undergo tremendous intellectual, physical, social and emotional transition. Understanding the importance of these stages and providing them pertinent support to build perseverance, grit and self – esteem is quintessential. This forms the bedrock of the Future You programme.
The Takeoff zone refers to the phase of flight where the aircraft leaves the ground and takes flight.
Class 11 &12 is the takeoff stage in a child’s academic journey. This stage is the first time where they make an important choice for their career. They select a subject stream that has direct implications on their future. These students aged 16 to 18 are often unsure about their current subject stream and the different kinds of jobs it might lead to. We help them cut the clutter by making informed choices.
