While beneficial at any stage, the most impactful time for our VIP+ assessment is typically between Grade 8 and Grade 12. This is when students are making critical decisions about subject streams and future pathways. We offer guidance tailored to each specific grade level.
Standard tests often provide data in isolation — a list of careers with no context. Our VIP+ assessment is an integrated, 360-degree process. It combines data from all five pillars with input from parents, and is followed by expert one-on-one counseling to translate data into an actionable, personalized roadmap.
The online assessment component takes approximately 60-90 minutes, completed at your own pace. The follow-up sessions with your Career Architect are scheduled over 2-4 weeks, allowing time for reflection and family discussion.
Yes, family alignment is a core part of our approach. We offer optional parent sessions and even parent assessments to ensure everyone is on the same page. Our goal is to replace family conflict about career choices with shared clarity and purpose.
