Real clarity about your child's future.

Most career assessments give you a report. Ours starts a conversation.

The VIP+™ Career Pathway Program helps your child understand their Values, Interests, Personality and Skills—then connects that self-knowledge with suitable subjects, courses, colleges and universities.

You receive a clear, living report that you and your child can actually read together, followed by a counsellor conversation that turns the findings into practical next steps.

The aim is not to choose your child's whole future today. It is to make the next decision with better reasons.

A thoughtful process, not a one-off test

From self-knowledge to a way forward.

Marks tell you how your child performed. Good guidance helps the family understand the person behind the marks—and what may be worth exploring next.

01

Begin with the child

We start with the student’s questions, context and stage—not with a list of fashionable careers or a score.

02

Understand the whole pattern

Values, Interests, Personality and present Skills are interpreted together. No single result is allowed to define the child.

03

Turn insight into next steps

A trained counsellor helps the family connect the evidence with subjects, courses, colleges, universities, skills and experiences worth exploring.

The VIP+™ Career Pathway Report

A report that talks back.

This is not a score sheet to file away. It is a clear, visual and living guide the family can return to as questions change.

01

See the whole picture

A clear overview and visual maps make the important patterns easier to understand before you enter the detail.

02

Read it together

Plain explanations—and translation options inside the report—help parents and students discuss the findings in language they understand.

03

Return when questions change

The living report can be revisited as the student explores new subjects, pathways and possibilities.

Meet Manan™ · Inside every VIP+ report

Your child can ask their report questions.

Manan™ is the AI guide inside the VIP+™ report. It begins with the student's own assessment profile, so its explanations are connected with that student—not generic career advice.

01

Grounded in the student’s profileValues, interests, personality and skills provide the context for each answer.

02

Explains the reasonsA student can ask why a pathway appears, what a field involves or what to investigate next.

03

Supports—not replaces—the counsellorManan helps the student reflect between conversations. Important decisions remain human and shared.

The Longitudinal Assessment Ladder™

It grows with your child.

The important questions change as a child grows. The pathway follows that development from Grade 6 to Grade 12. Your child begins at the stage they are in today.

By Grade 12, the aim is not certainty about every future choice. It is a young person who knows themselves better and a family that can make the next decision calmly.
Grade 6

The Learner

How does your child think, engage and learn?

Grade 7

The Explorer

Where do curiosity and energy naturally go?

Grade 8

The Self

A deeper layer of self-awareness begins to take shape.

Grade 9

VIP+™ Launch

Values, interests, personality and skills are brought together.

Grade 10

The Decider

Subject and stream choices are explored with evidence—not pressure.

Grade 11

The Pathfinder

Course families, subject alignment and university planning become clearer.

Grade 12

The Launcher

Courses, colleges, applications and the transition ahead come into focus.

The Gardener's Way™

The whole child. Beyond marks.

We cultivate the child's own nature instead of pressing them into a ready-made template—always in one considered order.

1First

Well-being

A child who feels steady, seen and safe has the foundation to learn and grow.

2Second

Skills

Useful skills help a student act on what they are learning. Guided projects are being introduced as a further layer of practical experience.

3Third

Career

Direction follows with better evidence, a clearer mind and less pressure.

Well-being first. Skills second. Career third.

Why parents trust the process

Technology informs. People guide.

Assessments and the living report prepare the conversation. A trained counsellor holds it, interprets the whole picture and keeps the student's humanity at the centre.

A snapshot, not a verdictThe process opens possibilities instead of boxing a child into one label.
Parent-inclusiveParents understand the evidence and take part without taking the decision away from the student.
Suitable across curriculaThe conversation can support students from CBSE, ICSE, IB, Cambridge, IGCSE and State boards.
Human guidance at the centreTechnology prepares and extends the conversation; a trained counsellor interprets the whole picture.

From insight to action

The Living SkillBench™ Academy

Career clarity becomes stronger when a student builds a useful skill and applies it. The Academy begins with short learning pathways; guided projects are being introduced as the next layer for students to try, make and reflect.

Questions parents ask

Before you begin.

A Discovery Call is complimentary. It helps us understand the decision facing your family—and helps you decide whether Rosemounts is the right next step.

Which grades is the pathway designed for?

The longitudinal pathway begins in Grade 6 and continues through Grade 12. A child can enter at their present grade; they do not need to have completed the earlier stages.

Is this a test that recommends one perfect career?

No. The assessments reveal patterns across values, interests, personality and skills. They help a student explore suitable directions, but they do not make the final decision or predict one perfect future.

What happens after the assessments?

The family receives a clear VIP+™ Career Pathway Report and meets a trained counsellor. The report makes the evidence understandable; the counsellor helps connect it with the choices actually facing the student.

Can Rosemounts help with subject and stream selection?

Yes. For students approaching these decisions, guidance can bring the student’s profile together with subject requirements, educational options and the pathways they may want to keep open.

Can you help us compare courses, colleges and universities in India and abroad?

Yes. The appropriate pathway depends on the student’s stage, but guidance can include course research, institution comparisons, entrance routes, timelines and an India–abroad comparison where it is relevant.

How do we understand the fee and next steps?

Begin with a complimentary Discovery Call. We first understand your child’s grade and the decision in front of your family, then explain the suitable process and fee clearly.

Begin with a conversation

Give your child a map, not just marks.

Tell us where your child is today. We'll answer your questions, show you the pathway and explain the next step without pressure.
