Why Kids MBA

Skills That Last a Lifetime

We bridge the gap between what school teaches and what the real world requires. Every session is hands-on, interactive, and built around your child’s own ideas.

Real Financial Literacy

We teach the language of money — how to price a product, manage a budget, understand loans and shares, and think about profit. Skills most adults wish they’d learned earlier.

Unshakeable Confidence

Through networking games, role-playing, and public speaking practice, your child learns to communicate effectively, think on their feet, and own a room.

Creative Problem-Solving

Students study famous brand stories like Apple and Nike, design their own logos, and learn how to make an idea stand out in a crowded world.

Ethical Leadership

Great businesses don’t just make money — they make a difference. We teach Corporate Responsibility so students understand that how you lead matters as much as what you build.

The Journey

12 Sessions. One Complete Business.

Every session builds on the last. By the end, your child won’t just have learned about business — they’ll have built one.

The Grand Finale

The Shark Tank Moment

Session 12 isn’t just a class. It’s a performance. Your child steps into the room, stands before a panel, and pitches their business — everything they’ve built over 12 sessions, live.

01. Present the Full Business

Product idea, USP, logo, branding, marketing strategy — the complete Living Business Plan, presented with confidence.

02. Face the Panel

A supportive but challenging panel of "investors" who ask real questions. Students learn to think fast and respond clearly.

03. Win or Learn

Every participant receives feedback. The top performer earns the Star Performer Certificate — and a shot at the international stage.

Star Performer Certificate

Awarded to the top pitcher at the Shark Tank finale. A real credential your child can carry forward.

International Future Entrepreneur of the Year

Top performers can be entered into this international competition — a remarkable opportunity to compete on a global stage.

Living Business Plan

Every student leaves with their own complete business plan — not a worksheet, but a real document they built from scratch.

Who Is This For?

Every Child Has Something to Build.

You don’t need a business idea to start. You just need curiosity. The Kids MBA works for all kinds of young minds.

The Dreamer

Your child always has ideas — for products, services, or solutions to everyday problems. This is where those ideas get built.

The Creative

Loves art, design, or storytelling. The Kids MBA channels that creativity into branding, marketing, and communication that actually works.

The Problem-Solver

Always figuring out how things work or how they could work better. This programme gives that analytical mind a real-world challenge.

Parent Questions

Everything You're Wondering About

We know parents have questions before enrolling their child in something new. Here are the honest answers.

Does my child need any prior business experience?

Not at all. The Kids MBA is designed for complete beginners. We start from the very basics — what is a business idea, what is a USP — and build from there. The only requirement is curiosity.

Will there be homework?

We keep it light and engaging. Occasionally students may be asked to finalise a logo design or watch a real-world pitch from Shark Tank or Dragon’s Den. All worksheets, slides, and handouts are provided by us — your child only needs basic stationery.

What happens at the Shark Tank finale?

In the final session, each student presents their complete business pitch — their product idea, logo, and marketing plan — to a panel. It’s a supportive, exciting environment. The top performer earns a Star Performer Certificate and can be entered into the International Future Entrepreneur of the Year Competition.

Will they work alone or in groups?

Both. Each student develops their own individual business plan — that’s theirs to own and present. But we also use group activities for simulations like lending and borrowing, role-playing customer service scenarios, and sharing ideas. It builds both independent thinking and teamwork.

What does my child need to bring?

Just basic stationery — pens and paper for brainstorming. They may also use a digital device or paper to design their logos. All other teaching materials, slides, and handouts are provided by Rosemounts.

Is this linked to Rosemounts' career counselling work?

Yes, naturally. The Kids MBA sits within our broader belief that well-being, skills, and self-awareness come before career decisions. Entrepreneurial thinking, financial literacy, and communication are foundational life skills — not just business skills. Students who go through this programme often carry these forward into our VIP+™ Career Pathway work in later years.

Rosemounts Institute is an Official KidsMBA Partner School

We are one of a select group of institutions worldwide certified to deliver the KidsMBA programme. This isn’t a course we put together ourselves — it’s a globally recognised entrepreneurship curriculum, delivered locally by us.
