VIP+™ Career Pathway Programme & related assessment services

This policy explains the terms under which fees paid to Rosemounts Institute for the VIP+™ Career Pathway Programme and related assessment and reporting services may be cancelled or refunded. By enrolling in or paying for any Rosemounts service, you agree to the terms set out below.
Rosemounts Institute delivers bespoke, personalised career-guidance services. Each participant completes four psychometric assessments — RIASEC, Values (PVQ), PAA™ (Personal Attributes Assessment), and DAT+M™ — and receives an individually generated VIP+™ Career Pathway Report with the embedded Career SAARTHI™ guidance chatbot.
Because these deliverables are custom-built for each participant and constitute proprietary intellectual property the moment work begins, our refund terms reflect the personalised, non-returnable nature of the service.
You may cancel and request a refund only before the programme has commenced for the participant(s) concerned. The programme is considered not yet started while all of the following remain true:
If you cancel in writing before the programme begins, you are entitled to a full refund of fees paid, less any non-recoverable third-party transaction or payment-gateway charges.
Once the programme has commenced for a participant, fees are non-refundable. The programme is treated as started as soon as any of the following has occurred:
As assessment data is captured and bespoke processing begins at this stage, no refund — full or partial — can be issued once the programme has started, including for partial use, non-completion, or non-attendance by the participant.
The VIP+™ Career Pathway Report and any associated assessment reports are bespoke, intellectual-property-based deliverables. Once a report has been delivered — whether by file, secure link, email, or download — the corresponding fee is fully non-refundable and non-cancellable, as the service has been completed and the deliverable cannot be returned.

In the rare event that Rosemounts Institute is unable to deliver a service that has been paid for — for reasons attributable solely to us and not to the participant or school — we will, at our discretion, either reschedule the service or refund the fee for the undelivered portion. This is our sole liability in such circumstances.
If you are charged more than once for the same service, or a payment is processed in error, please contact us within 7 days with proof of the transaction. Verified duplicate or erroneous payments will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing to info@rosemounts.org and must include the participant or school name, the service purchased, the payment reference, and the reason for the request. We aim to acknowledge requests within 3 working days.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10–14 working days of approval. The time taken for the funds to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Rosemounts Institute may update this policy from time to time. The version published at www.rosemounts.org at the time of your purchase is the version that applies to that purchase.
