VIP Plus: Career and Life Design for the Post-AI World
Career decisions need more than a test—or a prediction.
We look at the whole student: present studies, interests, values, personality, skills, experiences and goals. We listen to parents and, where available, teachers. Then we help the student compare real subject, course, college and career options—and make choices that can evolve as the world changes.
Assessments support the decision. They do not make it.
The whole student
We never read assessment scores on their own.
Academics show what the student is studying and how they are doing. The four assessment lenses show other useful patterns. Conversations, experience and real opportunities add context.
Interests
What holds the student’s interest?Interests point towards subjects, activities and kinds of work worth exploring.
Personality
How does the student tend to work and respond?Personality adds context. It does not put the student into a fixed type.
Skills
Which skills are present, and which need work?We look at practical skills and habits that can grow through guided practice.
Also considered: current subjects, academic performance, the student's goals, parent conversations, teacher observations where available, activities, responsibilities and education options.

A plan for now. A method for what comes next.
AI is changing tasks inside many professions. At the same time, courses evolve, new roles emerge, and people’s interests and responsibilities change. VIP Plus therefore treats a career plan as something to explore, test and revisit—not a verdict delivered once.
What the student carries forward: a practical way to understand what matters, investigate real options, test ideas through projects and experiences, decide with evidence, and review the decision when life changes.

Open this pageIs VIP+ just a career assessment test?
No. Assessments are one part of VIP+. We also consider academics, subjects, the student’s own views, parent and teacher input where available, real education options, skills and portfolio work.
Do you consider marks and academics?
Yes. We consider the student’s present subjects, academic record and educational options. Marks are useful evidence, but they do not show the whole person or make the decision by themselves.
Are parents and teachers included?
Parents are part of the conversation. Teacher observations can add useful context where they are available. Neither is used to silence or overrule the student.
What happens after the report?
The report leads into counselling, option research, skill-building, projects, experiences and portfolio evidence. The aim is action and growth, not a report that is filed away.
Does VIP+ recommend one perfect career?
No. VIP+ shows patterns and directions to investigate. The student and family compare the options with a counsellor and make the decision.
Which students is the programme designed for?
VIP+ is the Grades 9–12 pathway. The focus changes with the student’s stage—for example, choosing subjects, planning courses and colleges, or preparing for university.
How are the fee and schedule decided?
