Built for a post-AI world. Career decisions need more than a test—or a prediction.
We look at the whole student: present studies, interests, values, personality, skills, experiences and goals. We listen to parents and, where available, teachers. Then we help the student compare real subject, course, college and career options—and make choices that can evolve as the world changes.
Assessments support the decision. They do not make it.
Before any fee
First, we understand the student.
Begin with an Admissions callback, My Starting Point and a Discovery Session. Know Me Better may happen before or after the first counselling session and payment; it is not required before the first session. Formal assessments require verified payment and the existing activation gate.
The whole student
We never read assessment scores on their own.
Academics show what the student is studying and how they are doing. The four assessment lenses show other useful patterns. Conversations, experience and real opportunities add context.
Interests
What holds the student’s interest?Interests point towards subjects, activities and kinds of work worth exploring.
Personality
How does the student tend to work and respond?Personality adds context. It does not put the student into a fixed type.
Skills
Which skills are present, and which need work?We look at practical skills and habits that can grow through guided practice.
Also considered: current subjects, academic performance, the student's goals, parent conversations, teacher observations where available, activities, responsibilities and education options.
Career and life design
A plan for now. A method for what comes next.
AI is changing tasks inside many professions. At the same time, courses evolve, new roles emerge, and people’s interests and responsibilities change. VIP Plus therefore treats a career plan as something to explore, test and revisit—not a verdict delivered once.
What the student carries forward: a practical way to understand what matters, investigate real options, test ideas through projects and experiences, decide with evidence, and review the decision when life changes.

What we do

We move from the decision in front of the student to clear, practical action. The student and family know what happens next.

Send a short enquiry and talk to us
Share the student’s grade and the decision that feels unclear. The admissions team will arrange a short call and explain what happens next.

My Starting Point before Discovery
After the Admissions callback, My Starting Point helps us understand the student’s question. Know Me Better gathers fuller reflection in English or Hindi and may happen before or after the first session and payment; completed responses are reused.

Begin with a Discovery Session
A parent or guardian joins the beginning and end, with private student discussion in between. The counsellor explores the decision, academics and context before recommending relevant evidence; no need to complete every instrument first.
- 04
Choose whether to continue
If the counsellor recommends continuing after Discovery, Admissions explains the process, schedule, fee and next steps. The family decides whether to continue; formal assessments require verified payment.

Complete the assessments
After payment is verified, the relevant formal assessments add evidence alongside academics, the student’s voice and real education options. Once the required evidence is complete and reviewed, read the integrated report, watch the personalised video, explore with Manan and note questions before Report Discussion / Interpretation.

Build the Blueprint
Across two or three counselling sessions, the student uses reflection worksheets and compares options. Interpretation and exploration inform Career & Life Design, with relevant experiences optional. The counsellor-approved Rosemounts Career & Life Design Blueprint brings together the direction, action plan, skills and portfolio priorities; parents receive a separate factual summary.
What the student receives
A clear report, a conversation and an action plan.
The report is a starting point. Read it, watch your personalised video, use Manan and note questions before Interpretation. Optional relevant experiences can help test a direction before Career & Life Design and the approved Blueprint. Admissions follows up with the student and parent 3–4 weeks after Blueprint delivery; workshops and community opportunities are separate.
The whole picture in one place
Academics, the student’s voice, assessment patterns and other useful context are brought together.
Options with clear reasons
The student can see which directions are worth exploring and why. No option is presented as a command.
A practical action plan
The next steps include research, skills, projects, experiences and portfolio evidence—not just another report.

Open this pageIs VIP+ just a career assessment test?
No. Assessments are one part of VIP+. We also consider academics, subjects, the student’s own views, parent and teacher input where available, real education options, skills and portfolio work.
Do you consider marks and academics?
Yes. We consider the student’s present subjects, academic record and educational options. Marks are useful evidence, but they do not show the whole person or make the decision by themselves.
Are parents and teachers included?
Parents are part of the conversation. Teacher observations can add useful context where they are available. Neither is used to silence or overrule the student.
What happens after the report?
The report leads into counselling, option research, skill-building, projects, experiences and portfolio evidence. The aim is action and growth, not a report that is filed away.
Does VIP+ recommend one perfect career?
No. VIP+ shows patterns and directions to investigate. The student and family compare the options with a counsellor and make the decision.
Which students is the programme designed for?
VIP+ is the Grades 9–12 pathway. The focus changes with the student’s stage—for example, choosing subjects, planning courses and colleges, or preparing for university.
How are the fee and schedule decided?
