What we collect
An enquiry may include your name, phone number, email, location, role, course or programme interest and the context you choose to share. Parent and school forms may also include a student's grade, school name and the support being sought.
A complimentary assessment may also collect answers, scores, a result, contact details and the information needed to produce or send the report. We do not ask you to provide information that is not needed for that assessment or conversation.
The free IELTS practice area asks for a short profile after an activity and before its answers or report opens. This may include your present stage, destination, reason for taking IELTS, test timeline and target band, together with a brief activity and score summary. It is stored as a separate free-practice enquiry, not as an enrolled-student record. Your individual answers, Writing response and Speaking recording are not sent through that profile form.
If you use Manan, Rosemounts may store the messages you send, Manan's replies, the page being viewed and any contact details you choose to share. Please do not place sensitive personal, medical or assessment information in the public website chat.
On an advertising landing page, a submitted enquiry may also include campaign information such as the source, campaign, search term and a Google click identifier. Google Ads measurement on that page starts with advertising and analytics storage denied. Advertising measurement is enabled only after you submit the form's required consent and the Rosemounts CRM accepts the enquiry; analytics storage remains disabled.
Why we use it

- To provide an assessment result or report you requested.
- To recommend a relevant Rosemounts course, programme or conversation.
- To manage follow-up through Rosemounts' enquiry and learning records.
- To protect the website and forms from misuse or spam.
Where the information goes
Website enquiries are intended to be stored in Rosemounts-controlled Google Sheets used by the Rosemounts CRM. Assessment responses are stored in the separate Rosemounts assessment Sheets assigned to each assessment. Keeping these routes separate helps prevent unnecessary data scattering.
The website and its secure connections use service providers such as Cloudflare, Google and email services. If you choose to continue through WhatsApp, WhatsApp also receives the message you review and send under its own terms and privacy practices.
On an advertising landing page, Google may receive limited browser and advertisement-interaction information in a restricted measurement mode. If you submit the enquiry form and agree to campaign attribution, the page enables the advertising measurement needed for that submission after the Rosemounts CRM accepts it, then sends a conversion signal. Analytics storage and advertising personalisation remain disabled. Rosemounts does not send the name or phone number entered in the enquiry form to Google through this measurement event.
Manan's messages are processed through a secure Rosemounts service and an AI service provider, then logged in a Rosemounts-controlled record so the team can respond and improve the service. The page translator sends only the website's public text for automatic translation; it does not send information typed into form fields.
Website analytics
We use Metricool to understand website visits and page use. Its tracker records the page viewed and approximate country derived from the visitor's IP address; it does not set cookies. We use this information in aggregate to improve the website and understand which social activity brings visitors to Rosemounts.
Who may see it
Access is limited to Rosemounts team members and service providers who need the information to operate the website, deliver the requested service or maintain the relevant records. Rosemounts does not sell website enquiry or assessment information.
Students under 18
Rosemounts works extensively with school students. A person under 18 should complete an enquiry or assessment with the knowledge and help of a parent or guardian. Schools using a Rosemounts programme may have an additional consent and data process agreed with the school.
Retention and your choices
We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose described above, for programme administration or for necessary recordkeeping. You may write to us to ask what information we hold about you, request a correction or ask us to review whether it should be deleted. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
The advertising landing page keeps advertising and analytics storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation denied. Browser privacy controls or content blockers may also prevent the restricted measurement signal.
