A Rosemounts counsellor understands your situation before recommending VISTA or another more suitable starting point.

Receive your private access
If VISTA is appropriate, Rosemounts explains the pathway and fee. After the fee is confirmed, you receive one VISTA ID and PIN.

Complete the four assessments
Work through Values, Interests, Personality and Drive thoughtfully. You can save progress, but each assessment has one final submission.

Make sense of the whole picture
Your responses are discussed with your course, experience, responsibilities and options so that you can choose a useful next step.

VISTA supports a decision. It does not make it for you.
VISTA is being used as a developmental assessment pathway. It should not be described as a diagnosis, a guarantee or proof that only one career can fit.
Evidence, not a verdict
VISTA does not produce one perfect-career answer. It provides structured evidence for a better counselling conversation.

The language and situations reflect specialisations, internships, first work choices, higher studies and the move beyond university.
Reflection with interpretation
Scores are not read in isolation. Contradictions, uncertainty and the student’s own account remain part of the discussion.

Who is VISTA for?
VISTA is designed for university and college students, including final-year students and recent graduates, who are thinking about a specialisation, internship, first role, higher studies or a change of direction.
What does VISTA mean?
VISTA brings together Values, Interests, Self-understanding and Transition-readiness. Those four perspectives help a student examine both personal fit and readiness for the next stage.
Is VISTA a test that tells me which career to choose?
No. VISTA is a developmental assessment and counselling pathway, not a diagnostic test or an automatic career-matching system. It does not replace course research, real experience or professional judgement.
What is Know Me Better?
Know Me Better is a separate, open reflection for university students. It helps you put your present situation into your own words and does not require payment or a VISTA ID.
How do I receive a VISTA ID?
Begin with My Starting Point. After an initial conversation, Rosemounts will explain whether VISTA fits your question and the fee involved. A VISTA ID and six-digit PIN are issued after payment is confirmed.
Can I take an assessment more than once?
Each assessment permits one final submission for a VISTA ID. Rosemounts can reopen an assessment only in an exceptional, documented situation; the original submission is retained rather than silently replaced.
