You may know what you are studying. That does not always tell you what should come next.
VISTA is the VIP+ university pathway. It helps students explore values, interests, personality and drive before choosing work, higher studies or a different direction. Sessions are available online in English or Hindi, and in person in Dehradun.

When the VIP+ VISTA pathway may help
Your degree is one part of the picture.
VISTA focuses on the decision in front of you rather than asking you to decide your whole life at once.
Which internship or project should you try?
Choose experiences that help you test an interest, build a useful skill and notice how you respond to the work itself.
Work, higher studies—or both in sequence?
Compare employment, postgraduate study, competitive examinations, an MBA or study abroad against your reasons and readiness.
What if you want to change course?
Understand what is not working before deciding whether you need a new subject, environment, skill or longer-term direction.

If you continue, your VISTA ID opens all four assessments and permits one final submission for each.

Send a short enquiry
Share your name, number and the decision that feels unclear. The admissions team will arrange a short call.

Talk to the admissions team
We ask a few simple questions, explain what happens next and send the Know Me Better form if the process may suit you.
- 03
Complete Know Me Better
Choose English or Hindi and tell us about your course, present situation, ideas, pressures and questions in your own words.
- 04
Meet the counsellor before assessment
The counsellor reads your form and discusses the decision with you. This session helps us decide whether VISTA is the right next step.
- 05
Choose whether to continue
Only after the form and pre-assessment session do we explain the recommended pathway, schedule and fee. You decide whether to continue.
- 06
Complete the assessments
If you continue, you receive private access to Values, Interests, Personality and Drive. Each assessment allows one final submission.
- 07
Build the pathway
Across two or three counselling sessions, we connect the results with your course, options and responsibilities, then agree a practical plan.
What you leave with
A direction, a comparison and a plan.
The final plan connects your own reflections, assessment patterns, course, experience and real options. It remains open to review as you learn more.

Who is VISTA for?
VISTA is designed for university and college students, including final-year students and recent graduates, who are thinking about a specialisation, internship, first role, higher studies or a change of direction.
What does VISTA mean?
VISTA brings together Values, Interests, Self-understanding and Transition-readiness. Those four perspectives help a student examine both personal fit and readiness for the next stage.
Is VISTA a test that tells me which career to choose?
No. VISTA is a developmental assessment and counselling pathway, not a diagnostic test or an automatic career-matching system. It does not replace course research, real experience or professional judgement.
What is Know Me Better?
Know Me Better is a separate, open reflection for university students. It helps you put your present situation into your own words and does not require payment or a VISTA ID.
How do I receive a VISTA ID?
Begin with a short enquiry or My Starting Point. After the first call, Know Me Better form and pre-assessment session, Rosemounts explains whether VISTA fits, along with the schedule and fee. A VISTA ID and six-digit PIN are issued only if you choose to continue and payment is confirmed.
Can I take an assessment more than once?
Each assessment permits one final submission for a VISTA ID. Rosemounts can reopen an assessment only in an exceptional, documented situation; the original submission is retained rather than silently replaced.
