PIVOT is the VIP+ professional pathway. It helps working people examine values, interests, personality and drive before making an expensive or impulsive career decision.

Before deciding to leave
Name what is actually not working.
A difficult working life can contain several different problems. They do not all require the same solution.
Would a different environment be enough?
Look at culture, pace, leadership, autonomy, recognition and working conditions before abandoning an entire profession.
Have your priorities changed?
Consider whether growth, contribution, security, flexibility or meaning now matters differently from when your career began.
What change is realistic now?
Compare a new role, organisation, sector, qualification, return to work or independent path against your present responsibilities.

If you continue, your PIVOT ID opens all four assessments and permits one final submission for each.

Send a short enquiry
Share your name, number and what you are reconsidering. The admissions team will arrange a short call.

Talk to the admissions team
We ask a few simple questions, explain what happens next and send the relevant reflection form if the process may suit you.

Complete My Working Life
Choose English or Hindi and reflect on your work history, present pressures, strengths, responsibilities and questions.
- 04
Meet the counsellor before assessment
The counsellor reads your form and discusses the decision with you. This session helps us decide whether PIVOT is the right next step.

Choose whether to continue
Only after the reflection and pre-assessment session do we explain the recommended pathway, schedule and fee. You decide whether to continue.

Complete the assessments
If you continue, you receive private access to Values, Interests, Personality and Drive. Each assessment allows one final submission.

Build a workable transition plan
Across two or three counselling sessions, we connect the findings with your experience and constraints, then agree what to research, test, learn or change.

A clearer decision and a workable transition plan.
The plan uses your reflections, assessment patterns, experience and responsibilities. It does not assume that every career question ends with resignation.

Who is PIVOT for?
PIVOT is for adults already in working life who feel stuck, are considering a role or career change, are returning after a break, or want to make a more deliberate next professional move.
What does PIVOT mean?
PIVOT stands for Personality, Interests, Values, Orientation and Transition. Four assessments examine Values, Interests, Personality and Drive; the combined counselling conversation informs orientation and transition.
Will PIVOT tell me to change careers?
No. Feeling unhappy at work does not automatically mean the entire career is wrong. PIVOT helps examine whether the difficulty lies in the role, organisation, environment, stage of life or longer-term direction.
What is My Working Life?
My Working Life is a separate, open and unscored reflection. It helps you explore your working history and present concerns in your own words. It does not require payment or a PIVOT ID.
Is PIVOT a diagnostic or psychometric verdict?
No. PIVOT is a developmental assessment and counselling pathway. Its findings are interpreted as one source of evidence and do not diagnose health conditions, guarantee an outcome or identify one perfect occupation.
How do I receive a PIVOT ID?
Begin with a short enquiry or My Starting Point. After the first call, reflection form and pre-assessment session, Rosemounts explains whether PIVOT fits, along with the schedule and fee. A PIVOT ID and six-digit PIN are issued only if you choose to continue and payment is confirmed.
Can I take an assessment more than once?
Each assessment permits one final submission for a PIVOT ID. Rosemounts can reopen an assessment only in an exceptional, documented situation; the original submission is archived rather than silently overwritten.
