As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient day-to-day running of the Institute including; coordinating counsellors, students and teachers, as well as supervising office staff. You will have at least five years of experience in office administration, be highly organised with effective computer and multitasking skills. As the Office Assistant, you will support the Office Manager with the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the Institute. You will be able to touch type and have excellent computer skills including a high degree of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
