Tell us what you need to decide. A short Discovery Assessment may give you a useful starting point. A bigger subject, course or career decision may need academics, several assessment lenses, family and teacher input, counselling and practical action.
Assessments provide information. They do not decide a future.

A school student, a college learner and a working professional face different decisions. Their guidance should be different too.
We bring academics, subjects, the student’s voice, four assessment lenses, parent and teacher input, counselling, skills and portfolio work together.
Assessment is selected around the actual question—course, specialisation, higher study, internship, skill gap or first career direction—rather than applying the same battery to everyone.
Professional guidance can draw on Values, Interests, the 16PF personality framework and Skills alongside work history, responsibilities and the transition being considered.
What results really mean
We read results alongside the student's voice, academics, family context, opportunities and real experience.
Read how the evidence is usedIt can help you notice interests, priorities, skills or a suitable learning level.
It does not know every subject, opportunity, responsibility or experience in a person’s life.
Age, academics, family, opportunities and the decision ahead change how a result should be understood.
A conversation, course, project or real experience can test an idea before a larger decision is made.
