What the questionnaire is designed to explore
Portrait items describe people with particular goals or motivations. The respondent considers similarity to each portrait. A complete profile is interpreted across the pattern rather than through one answer.
Values can help explain why two capable people prefer different environments or why a choice feels attractive but uncomfortable. They do not prove which course, job or life decision is correct.
How to use a result responsibly
Look for tensions as well as high priorities. A person may value both independence and security, for example, and need a route that gives room to act while retaining a reliable structure.
Use the profile to generate questions, compare real options and notice trade-offs. Revisit conclusions when circumstances or responsibilities change.
