Each item describes a person with particular goals or motives. You decide how similar that person is to you. The full pattern matters more than one answer.
Values can explain why two people prefer different environments. They do not prove which course or career is correct.
How to use the result
Look for trade-offs. A person may value both independence and security, for example, and need a path that offers some of both.
