VIP+™ sample report

The sample shows how Rosemounts brings assessment findings, counsellor interpretation and practical next steps together for a student.
An illustrative assessment-to-decision example
From a finding to a question worth exploring.
Adapted from our fictional Grade 10 CBSE sample. Dev, his school records and the experiences described are illustrative. This is not a real student case or evidence of an achieved outcome.
The starting question
Dev is comparing Class 11 subjects and worries that choosing differently from his cousins could disappoint his family.
Read the findings alongside the student's experience
Practical work, investigation and creativity lead his interest pattern. Mathematics, teacher observations and a bridge-model project add context: he tested a load and changed a joint after noticing a problem. Values introduce questions about achievement, independence and reassurance, rather than settling the choice.
What the findings do not prove
They do not establish engineering aptitude, guarantee success or rule out another field. Neither one assessment nor a combination of assessments produces a final career verdict.
The conversation and possible directions
A counsellor would ask what Dev enjoyed, what was difficult, what his school offers and how family expectations affect his thinking. Engineering design, product design and applied science are possibilities to investigate, not recommendations determined by the results. Their everyday work and subject requirements matter.
Practical exploration before narrowing a choice
Bring the project and feedback; compare two available subject combinations with a teacher and family; check course requirements; and try a relevant small activity where useful. Reflect on what each step reveals. No final choice or outcome is assumed here.
How counselling turns evidence into a plan
In the guided school journey, an Admissions callback and My Starting Point lead to Discovery. Parents join its beginning and end, with private student discussion between. Know Me Better may happen before or after the first session and payment; formal assessments require verified payment and the existing activation gate. Report, video and Manan exploration precede Interpretation. Optional experiences and reflection then inform Career & Life Design and the counsellor-approved Career & Life Design Blueprint, with a separate parent summary. These are programme steps, not additional samples or completed outcomes for Dev.
