International Students: Learn Hindi or English in India

Learning in India involves more than choosing a language class. The level, dates, course format, accommodation and practical documentation should be discussed before travel.

Choose the learning route

Hindi learners can combine conversation, Devanagari, reading and cultural context. English learners may focus on practical, academic or professional communication. Sanskrit learners can discuss an introduction or a longer structured pathway.

A placement activity or teacher conversation may be useful where the learner already has experience.

Confirm the practical plan

Share preferred dates and the support you may need. Availability, accommodation, institutional documentation and arrival arrangements vary and should not be assumed from an older programme description.

Students remain responsible for meeting official visa and travel requirements. Rosemounts can explain the institutional support available for an agreed learning plan.
